They were able to come out and treat my property when we found termite tubes after a rain. They found where they were coming in the outside and were able to treat it inside and out. Now we are covered for 5 years. They also did a great job explaining the issues with terminates and the process to keep them under control.

David and his team do an amazing job. I've been working with House Doctor for years as a Realtor, recommending him to my clients and when I needed termite treatment I used his company myself. He's professional, responsive, affordable and great to work with. 5 Stars

We “inherited” House Doctor Exterminating services when we purchased our home 7 years ago after the previous owner’s warranty was transferred to us. We renewed the extended warranty each year, thankfully!! When we noticed termite tubes a few months ago we panicked, but remembered our trusty warranty with House Doctor. They were very responsive and quick to come treat the pesky termite tubes soon after we notified them. No tricks or gimmicks - it was completely covered by the affordable extended warranty. They offered two options for treatment. We opted to have holes drilled into our front patio. The technician was very quick and cleaned everything up afterwards. He did a full inspection on the entire home as well to make sure we didn’t miss any tubes. We recommend them to anyone who ends up with termite problems and will be customers for life. Highly recommend giving them a call and supporting this great family-run small business!

Scorpion Control FAQ

Got questions about scorpions? We’ve got answers. Our FAQ section addresses common concerns, from identifying scorpions to our scorpion treatment warranties.

How can I tell if I have a scorpion problem in my home?

Signs of a scorpion infestation include spotting live scorpions, finding dead ones, or seeing their exoskeletons. You may also notice an increase in insect activity since scorpions feed on pests like crickets and cockroaches.

What steps can I take to prevent scorpions from entering my home?

To minimize the risk of scorpions in your home, seal cracks and gaps in walls, doors, and windows. Keep outdoor areas free of debris, trim back landscaping, and reduce moisture levels. Regularly check for signs of scorpions and keep your home clean to eliminate potential food sources.

How long does it take to see results after scorpion treatment?

Most customers begin to notice a decrease in scorpion activity within a few days after treatment. However, it may take a couple of weeks to achieve complete control, especially if there are underlying pest issues that need to be addressed.

How do I know what scorpion is in my home?

Scorpions have distinct markings that help tell them apart, with the Arizona bark scorpion being one of the most common in Phoenix. Our experts can accurately identify the type of scorpion in your home and offer targeted treatment solutions tailored to your needs.

How can I ensure long-term scorpion control?

Long-term scorpion control involves a combination of professional treatments and preventative measures. Regular pest inspections, sealing entry points, maintaining a tidy yard, and eliminating food sources for scorpions will help keep them at bay. Our team can provide ongoing monitoring and treatment plans to ensure your home remains scorpion-free.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your scorpion control services?

Yes, we stand behind our work with warranties and guarantees for added peace of mind. Our commitment is to deliver lasting results, and we’ll work to ensure your home remains scorpion-free for years to come.
